Changxing, established in the third year of Taikang's reign (Jin wu di) (282 AD) in the Jin Dynasty, has an extensive history of over 1,700 years. Changxing County is located in the center of the Yangtze Delta, China; on the southwest bank of Taihu Lake, bordering Zhejiang, Jiangsu and Anhui.

Changxing has great advantages in its location, around which are 52 large and medium cities including Shanghai, Hangzhou, Nanjing, Suzhou, Wuxi, Ningbo, Wuhu, etc. and 73 million inhabitants, which forms a great economic zone.
